Text
(a)The state workforce development fund is
established to receive and disburse workforce development funds under
this chapter. The department shall administer the fund.
(b)Money appropriated for the programs described in section 2 of
this chapter may be used for the costs of administering those programs.
(c)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state general fund but remains available to the department for
expenditure consistent with this chapter.
