The department, in coordination with the office of the secretary of family and social services, may use funds allocated to the next level jobs employer training grant program under IC 22-4.1-26-4, and may use other available funds identified by the department or the office of the secretary of family and social services, to reimburse employers for the costs of:
(1)training; and
(2)onboarding workers described in section 2(a)(1) of this
chapter.
