§ 22-4.1-27-19 — Development of program
In developing the program, the department shall:
(1)explore and incorporate, as appropriate, approaches and
models from other states and organizations, including approaches
to graduation requirements; and
(2)use pilot programs or other scaling approaches, as appropriate,
to develop and implement the program in a cost effective and
efficient manner.
