(a)Not later than July 15, 2020, and not
later than July 15 each year thereafter, each approved eligible program
provider shall report the following to the department, the legislative
council in an electronic format under IC 5-14-6, and the interim study
committee on education established by IC 2-5-1.3-4:
(1)The total number of students for whom the eligible program
provider has received funding through the program.
(2)The total number of credits that have been earned through the
program.
(3)The total number of employability skills certifications that
have been completed under the program.
(4)The total number of industry recognized credentials that have
been attained under the program for each respective milestone
described in section 12(3) through 12(5) of this chapter.
