Text
(a)The maximum grant amount provided to
an employer for each eligible employee is five thousand dollars
($5,000). However, if the eligible employee is a high school student,
the maximum grant amount provided to an employer for the student is
the lesser of:
(1)one thousand dollars ($1,000); or
(2)not more than one-third (1/3) of the cost of the student's work
based learning course.
(b)The maximum grant amount provided to a particular employer
is fifty thousand dollars ($50,000).
