5.
(a)The requirements described in section
5(a) of this chapter do not apply to this section.
(b)A high school student is eligible to participate in the program if
the student is enrolled in a work based learning course (as defined in
IC 20-43-8-0.7) that is aligned with the sectors for eligible employment
described in section 5(b) of this chapter.
