Text
(a)The proprietary educational institution
authorization fund is established.
(b)The proprietary educational institution authorization fund shall
be administered by the department.
(c)Money in the proprietary educational institution authorization
fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert to the general fund.
(d)All fees and civil penalties collected by the department under
this chapter shall be deposited in the proprietary educational institution
authorization fund.
(e)Money in the proprietary educational institution authorization
fund shall be used by the department to administer this chapter.
