§ 22-4.1-21-36 — Relief; injunction
The prosecuting attorney of the county in
which an offense under this chapter occurred shall, at the request of the
department or on the prosecuting attorney's own motion, bring any
appropriate action, including a mandatory and prohibitive injunction.
