§ 22-4.1-21-27 — Suspension
A postsecondary proprietary educational
institution's authorization shall be suspended at any time if the
authorized postsecondary proprietary educational institution denies
enrollment to a student or makes a distinction or classification of
students on the basis of race, color, or creed.
