§ 22-4.1-21-25 — Revocation
Authorization under this chapter may be revoked by the department:
(1)for cause upon notice and an opportunity for a department
hearing; and
(2)for the authorized postsecondary proprietary educational
institution failing to make the appropriate quarterly contributions
to the fund not later than forty-five (45) days after the end of a
quarter.
