Text
The cost of performing a team onsite
investigation for purposes of section 20 of this chapter shall be paid by
the applicant postsecondary proprietary educational institution.
However, the total cost of an inspection, including room, board, and
mileage that does not require travel outside Indiana, may not exceed
one thousand dollars ($1,000) for any one (1) postsecondary
proprietary educational institution.
