§ 22-4.1-21-10 — Establishment of office for career and technical school; administration
(a)The office for career and technical
schools is established to carry out the responsibilities of the department
under this chapter.
(b)The department may employ and fix compensation for necessary
administrative staff.
(c)The department may adopt reasonable rules under IC 4-22-2 to
implement this chapter.
