(a)The department shall adopt rules under
IC 4-22-2 to provide for the implementation and administration of this
chapter.
(b)The rules may include the following provisions:
(1)Qualifications of applicants.
(2)Acceptable tests.
(3)Acceptable test scores.
(4)Criteria for retesting.
