5. "Workforce focused agency" means the following:
(1)The department.
(2)The department of education established by IC 20-19-3-1.
(3)The commission for higher education established by IC 21-18-2-1.
(4)The office of the secretary of family and social services
established by IC 12-8-1.5-1.
