Text
5. "Employment social enterprise" means a nonprofit or for-profit organization that:
(1)provides:
(A)transitional employment; and
(B)social support, including on-the-job and life skills training;
to individuals with a barrier to employment, as defined in Section
3(24) of WIOA (29 U.S.C. 3102(24));
(2)uses evidence based practices and data driven policies to
inform decision making, implement procedures, and measure
outcomes; and
(3)does one (1) or more of the following:
(A)Provides services.
(B)Produces goods.
(C)Assembles goods.
