§ 22-4-9-1 — Duration of period
Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 9 Period, Election, and Termination of Employer's
Any employing unit which is or becomes an
employer subject to this article within any calendar year shall be
subject to this article during the whole of such calendar year, except as
is otherwise provided in section 3 of this chapter.
