§ 22-4-44-6 — Funding
(a)This section applies only if the department
establishes the pilot program.
(b)The pilot program may not be funded from the unemployment
trust fund.
(c)The reemployment skills training pilot program fund is
established for the purpose of funding the pilot program.
(d)The fund shall be administered by the department.
(e)The expenses of administering the fund shall be paid from
money in the fund.
(f)The fund consists of the following:
(1)Appropriations to the fund.
(2)Federal grant funds.
(3)Gifts or donations to the fund.
(g)The treasurer of state shall invest the money in the fund not
currently needed to meet the obligations of the fund in the same
manner as other public money may be invested.
(h)Money in the fund at the end of a state fiscal year does not revert
to the state
