§ 22-4-44-4 — Eligibility
An individual is eligible to participate in the pilot program if the department determines that the individual is:
(1)unlikely to find sustainable employment without further
training;
(2)eligible for unemployment compensation under this article;
and
(3)more likely to complete training with a weekly incentive.
