§ 22-4-39-3 — Deductions; amount

Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 39 Deduction of Child Support Obligations
The department shall deduct and withhold from any unemployment compensation payable to an individual that owes child support obligations the amount specified by the state or local child support enforcement agency to the department to be deducted and withheld.
