Text

All criminal actions for violations of this article shall be prosecuted by the prosecuting attorney, or with the assistance of the attorney general or a United States attorney, if requested by the commissioner, in any county:

(1)in which the employer has a place of business;
(2)in which the alleged violator resides; or
(3)if an offense is committed using the Internet or another computer network (as defined in IC 35-43-2-3):
(A)from which or to which access to the Internet or another computer network was made; or
