It is a Class C misdemeanor for an employing unit or other person to recklessly encourage or induce any individual to waive or forego any accrued or potential benefit rights under this article. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.3503. As amended by Acts 1978, P.L.2, SEC.2222.
