§ 22-4-32-7 — Disputes; finding and decision; notice of appeal
After the hearing the liability administrative
law judge shall as soon as practicable notify the interested parties in
writing of the finding and decision of the liability administrative law
judge, which shall become final thirty (30) days thereafter in the
absence of the filing of a notice of appeal as provided in this chapter.
