Text

Any interested party to the dispute shall mean and include:

(1)the protesting employing unit;
(2)the individual protesting the definition of employment under IC 22-4-8;
(3)the commissioner; and
(4)any person appearing to the liability administrative law judge to be necessary or indispensable to the determination of the issues involved in the hearing.
