§ 22-4-32-20 — Contributions; penalties; personal liability of employer
The contributions, penalties, and interest due
from any employer under the provisions of this article from the time
they shall be due shall be a personal liability of the employer to and for
the benefit of the fund and the employment and training services
administration fund.
