§ 22-4-32-17 — Fiduciaries; final report; notice of payment of contribution
No final report or act of any executor,
administrator, receiver, other fiduciary, or other officer engaged in
administering the assets of any employer subject to the payment of
contributions under this article and acting under the authority and
supervision of any court shall be allowed or approved by the court
unless such report or account shows and the court finds that all
contributions, interest, and penalties imposed by this article have been
paid pursuant to this section, and that all contributions which may
become due under this article are secured by bond or deposit.
