Text
No judicial review proceeding shall be
entertained by the court with respect to the assessment of any
contributions, interest or penalties, unless the court finds that the
payment of such assessment is secured by bond, deposit or otherwise
as the court may approve. The bond shall be in such an amount
necessary to insure the payment of the assessment stayed, and court
costs, if any, which may be incurred in this action.
