§ 22-4-29-7 — Assessments; issuance of warrant to sheriff
Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 29 Collection of Contributions, Interest, and Penalties
The clerk shall return the original, certified
copy of the warrant to the department together with all recording
information concerning the warrant. Upon receipt of the warrant from
the clerk, the department shall issue the warrant to the sheriff of the
county.
