§ 22-4-29-11 — Assessments; failure to locate employing unit

In the event the sheriff is unable to locate the employing unit after diligent search, the sheriff shall file with the department a statement sworn to by the sheriff that a diligent search has been made and the employing unit cannot be located within the sheriff's bailiwick.
