§ 22-4-24-1 — Creation; appropriations
Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 24 Employment and Training Services Administration
(a)There is created in the state treasury a
special fund to be known as the employment and training services
administration fund. All money which is deposited or paid into this
fund is hereby appropriated and made available to the department. All
money in this fund shall be expended for the purpose and in the
amounts found necessary by the Secretary of Labor for the proper and
efficient administration of this article and for no other purpose
whatsoever. The fund shall consist of all money appropriated by this
state and all money received from the United States, any agency
thereof, or from any other source for such defined purposes. Money
received from the railroad retirement board as compensation for
services or facilities supplied to said board shall be paid into this fund
