Text
In order that the administration of this article
and the unemployment insurance laws of other states or jurisdictions
or of the United States of America will be promoted by cooperation
between this state and such other states or jurisdictions or the
appropriate agencies of the United States in exchanging services and
making available facilities and information, the department is
authorized to make such investigations, secure and transmit such
information, make available such services and facilities, and exercise
such of the other powers provided in this article with respect to the
administration of this article as deemed necessary or appropriate to
facilitate the administration of any unemployment insurance law and
in like manner to accept and utilize information, services, and facilities
