§ 22-4-21-3 — Availability of records to railroad retirement board
The commissioner may make the records of the
department relating to the administration of this article available to the
railroad retirement board created by 45 U.S.C. 228j, or any
amendments thereto, and may furnish the railroad retirement board, at
the expense of such railroad retirement board, such copies thereof as
the railroad retirement board deems necessary for its purposes.
