§ 22-4-2-9 — Fund

Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Fund" means the unemployment insurance benefit fund established by IC 22-4-26-1, in which all contributions required, all payments in lieu of contributions, and all money received from the federal government as reimbursements pursuant to section 204 of the Federal-State Extended Compensation Act of 1970, 26 U.S.C. 3304, shall be deposited and from which all benefits provided under this article shall be paid.
