§ 22-4-2-7 — Employment office
"Employment office" means a free public
employment office or branch thereof, maintained and operated by this
state, any other state or jurisdiction, or by any agency or instrumentality
of the United States of America, or where the context allows,
maintained by any state as a part of a state-controlled system of public
employment offices.
