Text
As used in this article, "tangible evidence of an active search" means a written record that:
(1)can be verified; and
(2)includes the:
(A)actions taken to search for work;
(B)methods of applying for work;
(C)type of work sought;
(D)dates and places where work was sought;
(E)name of the employer or person who was contacted in
regard to the search for work; and
(F)outcome of the contact described in clause (E).
