§ 22-4-2-29 — Insured unemployment

Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 2 Definitions
"Insured unemployment" means unemployment during a given week for which waiting period credit or benefits are claimed under the state employment security program, the unemployment compensation for federal employees program, the unemployment compensation for veterans program, or the railroad unemployment insurance program.
