Text

"New claim" means an application, in the form and manner prescribed by the department, made by an individual for the determination of the individual's status as an insured worker. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.223; Acts 1953, c.177, s.5. As amended by P.L.108-2006, SEC.2; P.L.122-2019, SEC.4.
