Text
"Valid claim" means a claim filed by an
individual who has established qualifying wage credits and who is
totally, partially, or part-totally unemployed; Provided, no individual
in a benefit period may file a valid claim for a waiting period or benefit
period rights with respect to any period subsequent to the expiration of
such benefit period.
