Text
"Benefit period" with respect to any
individual means the fifty-two-consecutive-week period beginning with
the first week as of which an insured worker first files an initial claim
for determination of his insured status, and thereafter the
fifty-two-consecutive-week period beginning with the first week as of
which the individual next files an initial claim after the termination of
his last preceding benefit period.
