§ 22-4-2-2 — Partial benefits

"Partial benefits" means the weekly benefit amounts of any eligible individual who is partially and/or part-totally unemployed, less the deductible income as hereinafter defined. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.202; Acts 1953, c.177, s.1; Acts 1957, c.299, s.15.
