§ 22-4-2-1 — Benefits

Indiana·Art. 4 UNEMPLOYMENT COMPENSATION SYSTEM·Ch. 2 Definitions
As used in this article, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, "benefits" means the money payments payable to an eligible individual as provided in this article with respect to his unemployment. Formerly: Acts 1947, c.208, s.201. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.87.
