§ 22-4-19-10 — Reports; failure to file; penalties
Any employing unit which negligently or
willfully fails to submit any report of information required for the
proper administration of this article demanded by the commissioner
within ten (10) days after request for the same is sent to the employing
unit by mail shall be assessed a penalty of twenty-five dollars ($25).
