Text
The review board, on its own motion, may
certify questions of law to the supreme court or the court of appeals for
a decision and determination. All such certified questions of law shall
be considered submitted upon the date filed in the supreme court or the
court of appeals and shall be advanced upon the docket of the court to
be determined without delay in the order of priority.
