Text
5. If a claimant for extended benefits:
(1)fails to accept an offer of suitable work; or
(2)fails to apply for suitable work to which the claimant is
referred;
the claimant is ineligible for extended benefits for the week in which
the failure occurred and each subsequent week, unless the claimant
earns remuneration in employment equal to or exceeding the weekly
benefit amount of the individual's claim in each of four (4) weeks.
