§ 22-3-7-8 — Place of exposure; foreign states or foreign countries
Every employer and employee under this chapter
shall be bound by the provisions of this chapter whether exposure and
disablement therefrom or death resulting from an occupational disease
occurs within the state or in some other state or in a foreign country.
