§ 22-3-7-23 — Jurisdiction; administration
The worker's compensation board shall have
jurisdiction over the operation and administration of the compensation
provisions of this chapter, the board shall perform all of the duties
imposed upon it by the provisions of this chapter, and such further
duties as may be imposed by law and the rules of the board not
inconsistent with this chapter.
