5.
(a)In addition to any other method available
to the board to resolve a claim for compensation under IC 22-3-2
through IC 22-3-7, the board may, with the consent of all parties,
mediate the claim using a mediator certified by the Indiana Continuing
Legal Education Forum. The board may not order the mediation of a
claim without the consent of all parties.
(b)The board shall establish by rule a schedule of fees and charges
for a mediation conducted to resolve a claim for compensation under
IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-7.
