No limitation of time provided in IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6 shall run against any person who is mentally incompetent or a minor so long as he has no guardian or trustee. Formerly: Acts 1929, c.172, s.48; Acts 1969, c.94, s.5. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.39.
