§ 22-3-2-19 — Interstate or foreign commerce; exemptions
IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6 shall not apply
to employees and employers engaged in interstate or foreign commerce
wherein the laws of the United States provide for compensation or for
liability for injury or death by accident to such employees.
