§ 22-3-2-16 — Claims for compensation; priorities

All rights of compensation granted by IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6 shall have the same preference or priority for the whole thereof against the assets of the employer as is allowed by law for any unpaid wages for labor. Formerly: Acts 1929, c.172, s.16. As amended by P.L.144-1986, SEC.25.
