§ 22-3-2-16 — Claims for compensation; priorities
All rights of compensation granted by IC 22-3-2 through IC 22-3-6 shall have the same preference or priority for
the whole thereof against the assets of the employer as is allowed by
law for any unpaid wages for labor.
