Indiana Statutes
§ 22-2-8-3 — Enforcement
It is hereby made the duty of the commissioner
of labor to enforce the provisions of this chapter by the processes of the
courts, and in the name of the state; and, upon his failure so to do, any
citizen of the state is hereby authorized to do the same in the name of
the state.
